As you are aware, since April 2024—over the last eighteen months—numerous collective initiatives have been undertaken, including public awareness programs, press meets, community gatherings, meal arrangements, coordination efforts and other organised activities. These were essential to unify our voice, strengthen public support, and present truth before the authorities and the Hon’ble Courts.

Substantial funds have already been spent for legal documentation, press communications, and organisational requirements. Now, as our legal battle has reached a critical and decisive stage before the Hon’ble High Court, further expenditure is required for court procedures, legal follow-ups, coordination, travel, and continuous operational work.

In addition to High Court proceedings, significant tasks are still pending—land surveys, follow-up with auction processes, filing separate petitions for principal recovery, interest, and compensation, and extensive fieldwork that requires constant engagement and movement. This phase demands greater financial support and substantial collective responsibility.

Therefore, it is a sincere request to all members to contribute ₹10,000/- as the final support amount until the completion of the case. Those who are willing and able to extend support beyond ₹10,000 are respectfully encouraged to do so, as this is a crucial moment in our collective fight. This amount may be considered as a Refundable Deposit, to be proportionately returned after funds are recovered and necessary expenses are cleared.

More than ₹9 lakhs have already been spent towards legal, process, travel, coordination and operational requirements so far. Considerable work still remains, and for practical reasons, it is not possible to share every detail of daily activities in the group. We assure you that every rupee is being utilised with the highest responsibility, integrity, and transparency.

We are tirelessly working, travelling, coordinating, and pushing every door possible to ensure victory. To defeat powerful individuals like Kamalakar—who has operated like an uncontrollable anaconda—it requires unity, strength, and timely support.
