Warm greetings from the Victims’ Rights Protection Trust, Hyderabad.

We sincerely acknowledge your long-standing commitment and invaluable service rendered to the Dhanwantari Foundation International (DFI) during its formative and noble years of operation. Your principled leadership and moral integrity have always been regarded as the guiding light of the Foundation.

At this critical juncture, as you are aware, DFI’s name and reputation have been gravely misused by Dr. Pantangi Kamalakar Sharma and Dr. Jayasree, whose fraudulent conduct and unauthorized financial dealings have tarnished the image of the organization and betrayed the trust of hundreds of investors and well-wishers.

In response to this, our registered body — Victims’ Rights Protection Trust (Regd. No. 209/2025) — has already initiated legal and administrative proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana, seeking to:

  1. Expose the full extent of the fraudulent activities carried out under the banner of DFI.

  2. Protect the legitimate rights of investors and genuine members.

  3. Legally take over the administration and assets of DFI to ensure its revival under a transparent, lawful, and ethical structure.

Proposal for Merger and Joint Action

We respectfully propose that you and your fellow former Trustees of Dhanwantari Foundation International formally merge your efforts with our Victims’ Rights Protection Trust, thereby creating a unified and credible platform to:

  • Defend and preserve the original objectives of the Dhanwantari Foundation.

  • Represent all affected investors and members collectively under one legally recognized entity.

  • Organize a General Body Meeting with all past and present DFI members, depositors, and well-wishers to ratify a Joint Resolution, declaring that:

    “Dhanwantari Foundation International has no association or connection with the fraudulent commercial activities conducted by the accused persons, Dr. P. Kamalakar Sharma and Dr. Jayasree, and that its legitimate control shall henceforth vest with the Victims’ Rights Protection Trust (Regd. No. 209/2025).”

This merger will not only consolidate all genuine stakeholders under one banner but will also strengthen our legal standing and ensure that justice is pursued at every level with transparency and dignity.

ANNOUNCEMENT: LEGAL ACTION & ADMINISTRATIVE TAKEOVER OF DHANWANTARI FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL

This is to formally inform all members, supporters, and well-wishers that the Victims’ Rights Protection Trust, under the leadership of Kalle Nagaraja Giri Prasad Sarma (Author / Founder / Convenor) and Mamillapally Vijay Kumar (Co-Convenor / Managing Trustee), has initiated the official legal process to take over the operations and administration of Dhanwantari Foundation International (DFI).

1. Legal Proceedings Initiated

We have already filed an implead petition in the Hon’ble High Court, representing our Trust in the ongoing case.
Our legal counsel will be present in court tomorrow, and the IA number has already been allotted.
This development has also been formally conveyed to the ACP, who has appreciated our legal move and congratulated us for taking a rightful stand in public interest.

Tomorrow, before the Hon’ble High Court, we shall reveal the complete truth about the fraudulent conduct of Dr. Pantangi Kamalakar Sharma.
Following this, our Trust will also be filing for cancellation of his bail and a writ petition to ensure that justice is delivered to every victim and depositor.

2. Establishment of a New, Transparent Trust Structure

For the past few months, we refrained from forming any association or organization, believing it to be unnecessary.
However, given the present circumstances and growing misuse of the Dhanwantari name, it has become essential to act in unity and transparency.

We have therefore constituted a full-fledged Trust — the Victims’ Rights Protection Trust — with free membership for all Dhanwantari members and investors, ensuring that every voice of justice is represented collectively.
This Trust will stand as the strongest and most lawful front against the deceitful actions of Kamalakar and his associates.

3. Legal Takeover of Dhanwantari Foundation International

We hereby declare our intention to legally take over Dhanwantari Foundation International (DFI) through our registered Trust framework.
All former DFI members will be formally inducted into the Victims’ Rights Protection Trust, followed by a new resolution, which will state that:

“The Dhanwantari Foundation International has no connection whatsoever with the fraudulent financial and real estate activities carried out by the accused Dr. Pantangi Kamalakar Sharma.”

Furthermore, unauthorized use of the Dhanwantari Trust logo, seal, and documents by the said individual and his associates will be challenged and acted upon legally.
This issue is also being presented before the Hon’ble High Court for judicial recognition.

4. General Body Meeting & Final Resolution

All former Dhanwantari Foundation International members and new Victims’ Rights Protection Trust members are hereby invited to attend the General Body Meeting to be convened shortly.
The agenda will include:

  • Official expulsion of the accused Dr. Kamalakar Sharma, his wife Jayasree, and their supporting directors from all public and organizational rights.

  • Adoption of a new framework for justice and restitution to the investors who were defrauded.

  • Initiation of legal measures to ensure that the accused are punished under every applicable provision of law.

Our Trust will pursue the matter with utmost determination — seeking multi-level legal punishment for every act of fraud committed against the investors.

Conclusion

This is not merely a legal battle — it is a moral mission to restore faith, integrity, and justice in the name of Dhanwantari.
The Victims’ Rights Protection Trust shall lead this mission fearlessly, lawfully, and transparently, until every investor’s rights are restored and every wrongdoer is held accountable.

Justice shall prevail. Dharma shall rise.

రేపు హైకోర్టు సమక్షంలో మనం డాక్టర్ పంతంగి కమలాకర్ శర్మ చేసిన మోసపూరిత చర్యల అసలు స్వరూపాన్ని బహిర్గతం చేయబోతున్నాము.
ఆ తర్వాత, రిట్ పిటిషన్ మరియు బెయిల్ రద్దు పిటిషన్ కూడా వేయనున్నాము, తద్వారా ప్రతి పెట్టుబడిదారుడికి న్యాయం జరిగేలా చూస్తాము.

2. పారదర్శకమైన కొత్త ట్రస్ట్ నిర్మాణం

అందుకే మనం “విక్టిమ్స్ రైట్స్ ప్రొటెక్షన్ ట్రస్ట్” అనే కొత్త ట్రస్ట్‌ను ఉచిత సభ్యత్వంతో అన్ని ధన్వంతరి సభ్యులు మరియు ఇన్వెస్టర్ల కోసం ఏర్పాటు చేశాము.

“డాక్టర్ పంతంగి కమలాకర్ శర్మ చేసిన అక్రమ వ్యాపారాలు, ధన్వంతరి ఫౌండేషన్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ తో ఎటువంటి సంబంధం లేవు.”

ఇకపై ధన్వంతరి ట్రస్ట్ పేరు, లోగో, డాక్యుమెంట్లు అనధికారికంగా వాడినందుకు చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోబడతాయి.
ఈ అంశం కూడా హైకోర్టులో ఛాలెంజ్ చేయబడుతుంది.

4. సర్వసభ్య సమావేశం మరియు తుది నిర్ణయం

పాత ధన్వంతరి ఫౌండేషన్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ సభ్యులు మరియు కొత్త విక్టిమ్స్ రైట్స్ ప్రొటెక్షన్ ట్రస్ట్ సభ్యులు అందరూ త్వరలో జరిగే సర్వసభ్య సమావేశానికి హాజరుకావలసిందిగా కోరుతున్నాము.
