మన బ్రాహ్మణ పెట్టుబడిదారులు ఎదుర్కొన్న సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడానికి నేను, డా. రవికుమార్ బి.ఎన్. గారు (DFI ట్రస్ట్ గవర్నింగ్ కౌన్సిల్ సభ్యుడు, 2006 నుండి ట్రస్ట్ డోనర్ సభ్యుడు) తరఫున కొన్ని విషయాలు మీతో పంచుకోవాలనుకుంటున్నాను.
డాక్టర్ కమలాకర్ శర్మ గారు DFI ట్రస్ట్ పేరు, లోగో వాడుకొని ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కంపెనీల కారణంగా మన పెట్టుబడిదారులు చాలా తీవ్రమైన నష్టాలను అనుభవించారు. కొంతమంది ప్రాణాలు కూడా కోల్పోయిన పరిస్థితి హృదయ విదారకమైంది.
ఈ సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడానికి, పెట్టుబడిదారుల కష్టార్జిత సొమ్మును తిరిగి తెచ్చి, వారి నమ్మకాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించడానికి నేను గిరి ప్రసాద్ శర్మ గారు చేస్తున్న కృషిని అభినందిస్తున్నాను.
అదేవిధంగా, డాక్టర్ కమలాకర్ శర్మ గారు తన తప్పును గుర్తించి, తాను చేసిన తప్పిదాలకు, మోసాలకు, నష్టాలకు పూర్వస్థితి కలిగించడానికి పూర్తిగా సహకరించి, పెట్టుబడిదారులకు డబ్బులు తిరిగి చెల్లించి, నష్టపరిహారం అందిస్తారని నేను ఆశిస్తున్నాను.
ముఖ్యంగా గుర్తుంచుకోవలసిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే:
నేను లేదా ఇతర రోటేటింగ్ ట్రస్టీలు ఎవ్వరూ డాక్టర్ కమలాకర్ శర్మ వాణిజ్య వ్యాపారాలకు ఏ రూపంలోనూ సంబంధం లేదు.
ఆ కంపెనీల పెట్టుబడుల గురించి ఎప్పుడూ మాతో చర్చ జరగలేదు.
DFI ట్రస్ట్ డోనర్ సభ్యుల ఉద్దేశ్యం ఎప్పుడూ సామాజిక సేవ మాత్రమే, వాణిజ్య కార్యకలాపాలు కాదు.
నేను వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఎప్పుడూ ఆ కంపెనీల్లో పెట్టుబడి పెట్టలేదు, భాగస్వామ్యం చేయలేదు.
అందువల్ల, డాక్టర్ కమలాకర్ శర్మ మరియు ఆయన కంపెనీల మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్లు, వారి జట్టు మాత్రమే ఈ సమస్యలకు పూర్తి బాధ్యత వహించాలి.
మన ఆశయం ఒక్కటే — ఆయన నిజాయితీగా వ్యవహరించి, ప్రతి బ్రాహ్మణ పెట్టుబడిదారునికి వారి పెట్టుబడులు తిరిగి చెల్లించి, మన సమాజం గౌరవాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకోవాలి.

By establishing 32 fraudulent companies, deceiving innocent Brahmins, and misappropriating nearly ₹1500 crores, Dr. Kamalakar Sharma and his wife Dr. Jayashree have been convicted by the Court. They have brought shame upon the Brahmin community, and we hereby denounce them as traitors of the community.

Thousands of Brahmins, believing Dhanwantari to be a movement for upliftment, joined the trust and donated their wealth, only to be deceived.
కానీ నిందితుడు కమలాకర్ శర్మ ట్రస్టీలను కూడా మోసం చేసి, పెద్దల పేర్లు వాడుకొని అంచెలంచెలుగా మోసాలకు పాల్పడ్డాడు.
The accused Kamalakar Sharma went to the extent of deceiving even his own trustees, misusing the names of elders, and building layer upon layer of fraud.
అందుకని కోర్టులో గత ఏడాదిగా పోరాడి గెలిచిన వారు బాధితులు.
Therefore, the victims, who have been relentlessly fighting for over a year in Court, have emerged victorious in their struggle.
అలాగే సిసిఎస్ పోలీసులపై మరియు అంబర్పేట్ పోలీసులపై కూడా నిందితుడు కోర్టులో అహంకారంగా, విరోధాత్మకంగా ప్రవర్తించాడు.
The accused displayed arrogance even before the Hon’ble Court by acting defiantly against CCS Police and Amberpet Police authorities.

Every entity and associate of Dhanwantari has been portrayed as fraudulent before the law.

Even after the Court has explicitly declared them guilty of conspiracy and cheating, they continue to seek new ways to defraud.

Hence, we appeal to all Brahmins to collectively oppose Dhanwantari and its deceitful operations.

For years now, thousands of innocent Brahmin families have lived in anguish, deceived under the false promise of welfare, prosperity, and security. The so-called Dhanwantari Foundation International (DFI), led by the principal accused Dr. Kamalakar Sharma, and with the active involvement of his wife Dr. Jayashree, committed a colossal fraud—a calculated conspiracy of betrayal against their very own community.
The Hon’ble MSJ Court, Nampally, in its recent judgment, has categorically observed that both the accused are guilty of conspiracy, fraud, and treachery, thereby confirming what the victims have cried for years—that DFI was never a service to society, but a merciless machine of exploitation.
The Story of Betrayal
Families entrusted their lifetime savings, pensions, and meagre resources in good faith.
Memberships were purchased with hope, donations were given with devotion, gold and goods were surrendered with trust.
What was returned was deception, false promises, and despair.
The accused, who rose from nothing to everything, acquired vast immovable properties not by hard work or merit, but by looting the sweat and sacrifice of Brahmin households. Every stone of those palatial estates, every acre of land, every bank deposit—was purchased with the stolen blood and tears of our people.
Even today, across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and beyond, more than 85-year-old Brahmin elders sit in silence, without meals, waiting only for death, cheated of their dignity and robbed of the last security of their lives. Their eyes are hollow, their hearts are broken, and yet their souls still whisper: “Will justice ever come?”

Through this Public Notice, we, the Dhanwantari Victims Forum, extend an earnest and solemn appeal to every Brahmin across the nation:
Join hands with us in this noble struggle.
Stand by the victims, elders, and families who are still waiting for justice.
Let us together recover what rightfully belongs to the community.

The auction of all DFI properties so that the proceeds may be distributed equitably among the victims.
Fresh legal cases to recover misappropriated public donations and contributions.
Transparent claim mechanisms so that those who purchased memberships, gave donations, or contributed wealth in cash, gold, or goods may reclaim their rightful dues.
Our Solemn Promise
The Dhanwantari Victims Forum is the only lawful, organized, and accountable platform created for this sacred mission. We promise:
Every rupee, every gram of gold, every contribution made in faith will be accounted for.
Every victim, however small their contribution, will be represented.
No voice will be ignored, and no elder will be left to die without dignity.

I, Dr Ravikumar BN, am a GCM ( Governing Council Member ) and rotating trust member of DFI Trust Donor members since early 2006 , wish to congratulate you and others for volunteering to take up the issue of resolving the problems faced by brahmin investors in companies floated by Dr.Kamalakar Sharma by using the name and logo of DFI Trust.
The problems faced by our Brahmin investors are heart rending to say the least and irrevocable in some cases due to loss of lives of some and their dear ones.
I am with you in addressing the issue and to bringing back the loss accrued by investors of their hard earned investments at the earliest and restore their faith in the high ideals of the community.
I am also hoping that Dr. Kamalakar Sharma having realized the folly of involving himself in the various companies as the chief managing director/ proprietor or whatever status he is Privy to would be waiting , wanting and willing to cooperate in repaying and compensating for all the mistakes, misdeeds and losses he has caused to his Brahmin community members.
I wish to share the following points about our relationship or lack of it with the commercial ventures using the DFI Trust logo/emblem…
Coming to my/our rotating trustees , I can , without hesitation say that I/we are in no way connected , or involved, or in know of the activities of Dr. Kamalakar Sharma and his commercial activities.
Myself or the other rotating trustees as I know , have never been called/met to discuss any commercial activities of any of his ventures.
The Donor DFI as a Trust has always been against its involvement in any commercial ventures while wanting to be responsible for the welfare activities of the community as Donors only.
I have personally refused to be part of any of the companies as investor or partner.
I have never been associated with any transactions or investors to the best of my knowledge nor have I been approached to discuss by any investor for investing in the various schemes floated by Dr. Kamalakar Sharma or his office.
Mr. Dr. Kamalakar Sharma with his managing directors of the companies floated by him and his team are solely responsible for the events following his embarking in commercial activities .
This is for your information in hope that Dr. Kamalakar Sharma will cooperate and make amends by returning the deposits or investments of every Brahmin investor/depositor and live up to the ideals and goals of the community.

This is to introduce myself Dr. A. Venkata Ratnam, a practicing doctor and public health specialist by profession.
I am one of the founder members of Dhanavantari Foundation International way back in 2004.
We started the trust with the sole objective of collecting donations from Brahmin doctors and spend it for starting coaching centers for poor Brahmins. For that purpose we wanted to acquire some land near to city for construction. However, Dr. Kamalakar Sharma started dreaming big after our success in getting donations from doctors and he wanted to develop 1000 acres project and hence after midzil we had to move to Siddipet also.
Then the question was how to build such huge institutions?
We suggested to go slow and collect donations but Sharma wanted to start private ltd companies in the name of DFI and the profits shall be used for the educational institutions.
However, the trustees never agreed to use DFI name and logo for the private ltd companies.
Ignoring the objections raised by the trustees he went on establishing large number of pvt. ltd. companies with himself and his wife as chairman and directors.
It is a heinous crime and misuse of position to use DFI name and logo for all his private ltd. companies.
All these years he never convened the trust board meeting nor appraised us about the financial business carried out by him.
Till 2022 we were made to believe that we are trustees of DFI.
HOWEVER, a letter dated 28th September 2022 submitted to Registrar of Societies Rajendranagar signed and submitted by chairman Dr. Kamalakar Sharma clearly affirms that only 5 trustees are there now in DFI and all the four trustees agreed to include K. Padma as a permanent trustee in place of Sri. P.V.R.K. Prasad.
Hence it is understood that we rotational trustees are discontinued from that date.
I solemnly affirm that I am nowhere related to the private ltd companies floated by Kamalakar Sharma in his personal capacity and never have the knowledge of his mala fide intentions of misappropriation and siphoning of funds collected from gullible and innocent poor Brahmins.
I express my solidarity with all the victims in the hands of Kamalakar Sharma and extend my support whole heartedly in their fight against the injustice done to them.

ఈ సంస్థ పేరుతో వేలాది మంది అమాయక బ్రాహ్మణులు తమ జీవిత పొదుపులు, పెన్షన్లు, ధనం, బంగారం, వస్తువులు, విరాళాలు ఇచ్చారు. కానీ ప్రతిఫలం ఏమిటి? మోసం, అబద్ధపు హామీలు, నిరాశ.
శూన్య స్థితి నుండి ఆస్తుల అధిపతిగా ఎదిగిన కమలాకర్ శర్మ కొనుగోలు చేసిన ప్రతి స్థిరాస్తి – ప్రతి ఎకరం భూమి, ప్రతి బంగారం, ప్రతి రూపాయి – ఇవన్నీ మన బ్రాహ్మణుల కన్నీటి ధనం.
బాధితుల పరిస్థితి
ఈ రోజు కూడా 80–85 ఏళ్ల పైబడిన బ్రాహ్మణ వృద్ధులు, ఆహారం లేక ఆకలితో, మరణం కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తూ జీవిస్తున్నారు.
వారి కళ్లు నీరసంగా మారాయి, హృదయాలు విరిగిపోయాయి.
అయినా వారి ఆత్మలో ఒక్క మాటే ప్రతిధ్వనిస్తుంది:
“మనకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుందా?”
సమాజానికి పిలుపు
ధన్వంతరి విక్టిమ్స్ ఫోరం ఈ ప్రజా ప్రకటన ద్వారా సమస్త బ్రాహ్మణ సమాజానికి ఆహ్వానం పలుకుతోంది:
ఈ పుణ్య పోరాటంలో మీరు అందరూ కలసి రావాలి.

మా నిత్య పోరాటం
నిందితుడు కొనుగోలు చేసిన అన్ని స్థిరాస్తులు వేలం వేసి, వచ్చిన నిధులను సమానంగా బాధితులకు పంచడం.
కొత్త కేసులు నమోదు చేయడం ద్వారా విరాళాలు తిరిగి పొందడం.
బాధితులందరికీ పారదర్శకమైన క్లెయిమ్ విధానం ఏర్పాటు చేయడం.
మా హామీ
ధన్వంతరి విక్టిమ్స్ ఫోరంనే బాధితులకు న్యాయం చేయగలిగే ఏకైక చట్టబద్ధ వేదిక.
మీరు ఇచ్చిన ప్రతి రూపాయి, ప్రతి బంగారం, ప్రతి విరాళం లెక్కతో తిరిగి వస్తుంది.
ఎవరు చిన్నవారైనా, పెద్దవారైనా, అందరి తరఫున పోరాడబడుతుంది.

ఇది కేవలం న్యాయ పోరాటం కాదు – ఇది ఒక మానవ ధర్మం.
బ్రాహ్మణ సమాజ గౌరవాన్ని తిరిగి నిలబెట్టే యజ్ఞం.
మన పితామహుల కన్నీటి ధనం వృథా కాకూడదు.
మన వృద్ధుల ఆత్మగౌరవం మరుగున పడకూడదు.
మనమంతా కలసి ఒక స్వరంతో, ఒక శక్తితో చెప్పాలి:
“న్యాయం జరుగుతుంది. వారి కన్నీటి ప్రతిఫలం లభిస్తుంది. వారి గౌరవం తిరిగి వస్తుంది.”

Subject: Show Cause Notice on illegal, fraudulent and criminal misuse of Dhanavantari Foundation International (DFI) Trust name, logo, emblem and publications, fabrication of receipts, fraudulent collection of funds, and non-disclosure of statutory records – Reg.
Sir/Madam,
Under instructions of the Governing Body of the Victims Rights Protection Trust, and on behalf of thousands of innocent Brahmin investors who have suffered irreparable financial, social and personal loss due to your acts, omissions, misdeeds and frauds, I hereby issue this Legal Notice-cum-Show Cause Notice calling upon you to explain and account for the following grave matters:
- Fraudulent Use of Trust Name & Logo
- On what authority did you use the Dhanavantari Foundation International (DFI) Trust name, logo and emblem for your commercial private limited companies, when Trustees including Dr. A.V. Ratnam and Dr. Ravikumar BN have categorically objected and refused such usage?
- Produce the Trust Deed, By-Laws, and Minutes of Meetings authorising you to float private companies with the Trust name and logo.
- If such authorisation does not exist, explain why you should not be prosecuted for criminal breach of trust, cheating, forgery and misrepresentation.
- Fraudulent Publications in Dhanwantari Vani Magazine
- Why did you publish advertisements, articles and fabricated schemes in Dhanwantari Vani magazine without survey numbers, legal approvals or financial backing?
- Explain how many investors were lured by such false publications and how much money was collected therefrom.
- Fabricated Receipts & Bogus Debenture Schemes
- It has come on record, including MSJ Court judgment, that you floated bogus receipts, fabricated acknowledgments and false debenture schemes to cheat investors.
- Who authorised issuance of such receipts? Provide copies of all such receipts, debenture certificates and supporting board resolutions.
- Why should you not be prosecuted under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 IPC and other penal provisions for forgery, cheating and criminal conspiracy?
- Violation of Trust Principles
- If your stated objective was genuine welfare of Brahmin community, why did you:
- Float commercial ventures without trustee approval?
- Fail to convene Trust meetings for years?
- Oust rotating trustees unilaterally and secretly register fresh resolutions?
- Explain how such actions are consistent with the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and Societies Registration Act, 1860.
- Non-Disclosure of Accounts & Tax Evasion
- Why have you not produced your Income Tax Returns, Balance Sheets, Asset Details, and Bank Account Statements for the period during which you collected funds from innocent Brahmins?
- Provide complete audited financials of all companies floated under DFI name from inception to date.
- Accountability of Ex-Trustees’ Reputation
- Ex-trustees of DFI have formally issued letters to our Convenor, Sri Giri Prasad Sarma, clarifying they were never involved in your fraudulent activities, yet their names and social reputation have been misused.
- Why should you not compensate the ex-trustees for defamation, misuse of their names, and for lowering their prestige in society?
- Non-Response to Investors for 5 Years
- Why have you and your wife/directors failed to respond to repeated representations of investors for the last five years?
- Why should your silence not be treated as admission of guilt?
- Liability as Declared by MSJ Court
- The MSJ Court has already held you to be a “420 Cheater” in connection with fabricated bogus receipts and fraudulent collections.
- In light of this judicial finding, explain why criminal action under IPC, as well as civil recovery proceedings, should not be initiated against you and all your directors.
YOU ARE HEREBY CALLED UPON TO
- Show cause within 15 days from receipt of this Notice, why:
- Criminal proceedings under IPC, IT Act, Companies Act, and Societies Registration Act should not be initiated against you and your directors.
- Civil recovery suits for refund of all investments with interest and damages should not be filed.
- Your movable and immovable assets should not be attached to secure investors’ dues.
- In default of satisfactory reply and production of all relevant documents, the Victims Rights Protection Trust shall be constrained to:
- Initiate criminal complaints before police and economic offences wing.
- File appropriate civil suits for recovery and damages.
- Seek directions from the Hon’ble High Court for attachment of your assets and investigation by CBI/ED/Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).
This Notice is issued without prejudice to all our rights in law and equity.
