We expect clear confirmation by Tuesday or Wednesday regarding the ongoing auction and e‑auction processes. The recovery procedure is being handled through proper government and judicial channels. Funds that include the recent ₹26 Crores deposited by S.N. Company and the amounts that were frozen in the accused’s accounts (including accounts linked to Dr. Kamalakar Sharma) will be deposited into the recovery account and processed as per court directions.

Everything is proceeding systematically and transparently. We request that all investors remain calm and patient for a few days while final verification and approvals are completed.

Next steps (what you will need to do)

1. When the clearance is received, the Trust will launch an online slot‑booking app and portal for submission of claims.
2. Each investor will be required to submit three documents via the portal: Claim Form, Affidavit, and Self‑Declaration. These forms will be prepared by our legal team in advance and made available for download.
3. If additional documents or actions are needed, the Trust will notify all investors collectively — please avoid any unilateral communication or private settlements with third parties.
